1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens, and plans can change. However, to respect both your time and ours, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and I value both your time and mine. To ensure the best service for all clients, the following policies apply:
48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
24-Hour Notice: Cancellations, rescheduling within 24 hours, or failure to show up will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next client, but you will still be charged for the full service.
Emergency Situations: I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me directly at (440) 371-3171 to discuss potential accommodations.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount to the card on file. If the payment cannot be processed, an invoice for the cancellation fee will be sent to your email. This invoice must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
If you reschedule more than twice, a $20 non-refundable booking fee will be required. Rescheduling can be done through Vagaro or by contacting me at (440) 371-3171.
This policy helps us accommodate other clients and ensures our schedule runs smoothly.

2. Appointment Preparation Guidelines
For the best experience and results, please follow these preparation guidelines:
Facials: Avoid heavy makeup and exfoliation 24 hours before your appointment. Discontinue retinol use one week prior to your service. Clients on Accutane must wait at least six months after treatment to receive facials. No facial treatments can be provided with an active cold sore.
Sugaring/Waxing: Allow 2-3 weeks of hair growth (about 1/4 inch, the length of a grain of rice). I cannot perform Brazilian waxing if you are on your period or spotting due to increased sensitivity and hygiene concerns.
Lash and Brow Services: Avoid wearing eye makeup. Any remaining product on your lashes may affect the outcome of a lash lift. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to relax, complete paperwork, and maximize your session.
3. Late Arrival Policy
To ensure each client receives an unhurried service, please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled. In the event of a reschedule due to tardiness, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied.
4. Health & Safety Protocols
Your health and well-being are our top priority. We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment for all clients.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you do not visit with any flu-like symptoms to protect our clients and staff.
5. Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards and cash for services and products.
For select services, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied to your final balance. All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
6. New Client Information
Welcome! We are excited to have you with us. New clients may be asked to complete an intake form or consultation to help customize their treatment plan.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first appointment. If you have any questions beforehand, feel free to reach out.
7. Children and Guests Policy
To maintain a peaceful and safe environment, we ask that you do not bring children or additional guests unless they are receiving a service. Our treatment rooms are designed for privacy and relaxation.
8. Refund Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds on services, if you are unhappy with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours. We will address your concerns and suggest services that better meet your needs.
Unopened retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.
9. Service Guarantee and Follow-Ups
We strive to deliver exceptional results tailored to your needs. If you require a minor adjustment (e.g., for lash or brow services), please contact us within 7 days of your appointment to schedule a follow-up.
Some treatments may require ongoing sessions for optimal results. We are dedicated to working with you every step of the way.
